His appointment comes with anticipation for the upcoming launch, as he embarks on this new journey following nearly five prosperous years at Fairmont Jaipur.

With a diverse background and profound understanding of both national and international hospitality and luxury sectors, Mr. Kapoor is ideally positioned to lead Fairmont Mumbai’s vision. He will be tasked with shaping a fresh narrative for the hotel and devising strategies to appeal to a wide range of guests, from discerning luxury travelers to independent explorers, and from corporate events to lavish Indian wedding celebrations.

At the heart of Mr. Kapoor’s philosophy lies his unwavering belief in the importance of human connection, with his team members being his greatest asset. His journey commenced as an operational trainee at Grand Hyatt and has since seen him rise through the ranks with esteemed hospitality brands such as The Westin Sohna Gurgaon Resort and Spa, Le Meridien Mumbai, and Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers in Indonesia. Prior to his tenure at Fairmont Jaipur, he served as General Manager at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa, gaining invaluable insights into the dynamics of international hospitality.
