Prior to assuming his current mantle, Dushyant excelled as the Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage at the property, where his exceptional leadership prowess significantly contributed to the property’s success. His tenure with Marriott International has been marked by distinguished roles at renowned establishments such as the Batam Marriott Hotel, Indonesia, Doha Marriott Hotel, Qatar, JW Marriott Hotel Dubai, JW Marriott Hotel South Beach Singapore, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Qatar, among others.
